Yes… technically it’s Walter on “official” documents, but I’m happy for you to call me Wally.
I’m thankful for the leaders and peers who’ve mentored me and shared their extensive knowledge and expertise in strategy, human resources, and complex organizational development.
After 20+ years of proven success as an HR exec, I founded my consulting firm to work closely with organizations to 10x their performance and results through advanced leadership development & coaching, strategy facilitation, and interim HR assignments.
Along the way, I’ve become known for my Strategy process, now implemented in organizations across the globe.
Friends and colleagues will tell you it’s my work stories, quick wit, and “Wallyisms” that people remember. However, I’ll share that behind my gregarious exterior I’m dead serious and unabashedly confident I can help you reach higher.
